Because we did not meet quorum at the original 2026 Annual General Meeting, the meeting was adjourned until May 9, 2026. For that reason, any owner whose dues were paid on time but did not submit a ballot, has the opportunity to submit one anytime until May 5th, 2026. If you need another ballot, you can download one from the documents page on this website. From there, select Voting Documents, and then 2026 Official Ballot. You can print it out and mail it in, or drop it in the office door drop-slot.

If you submit more than one ballot, only the newest submission will be counted.
